Arrival and departure
Arrival: the rooms and facilities of the Schützenhof are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. A requested late check-out with use of the lake terrace may be possible after consultation with reception and subject to availability. € 50.00 per person
Dinner
No tables are reserved except for families of 3 – 4 people. We serve dinner as part of the half board from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the hotel restaurant. Half board costs € 32.00 per person per day. For the day of arrival, a booking is necessary when making the reservation for organizational reasons, otherwise you can book it, at the hotel, from the following day.
Bar
We are happy to serve you drinks in the lobby until 11 p.m.
Swimming area
The lake swimming area is accessible exclusively for our hotel guests, directly from the lake terrace via a ladder into the cool water.
Free tickets for the Fuschlseebad (250 m away from the Hotel), which has a heated outdoor pool, are available at reception.
We provide bathrobes free of charge for the duration of your stay.
These will be ready for you in your room when you arrive. If the size is not right or you would like new ones, please contact reception.
Breakfast
Tables are free of choice and no tables are reserved except for families of 3-4 people or more. Breakfast will be available in the hotel restaurant or on the lake terrace, depending on the season. Breakfast time is from: 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Fitness area
Our fitness room on the ground floor is free and can be used at any time.

Parking
Our hotel parking lot opposite the hotel is available to our guests free of charge. We ask you to stop in front of the hotel first and fill in the registration details. Here you will receive the entrance ticket for the parking lot. You can also use this time to unload your suitcases in peace so that you do not have to carry them across the street.
Smokers
We ask for your understanding that all of our accommodations are non-smoking rooms and that a final cleaning fee will be charged if you do not comply (at least EUR 130.00). You can smoke on the lakeside terrace / and on the balcony (with the balcony door closed) of your room. However, we ask you to be considerate of your room neighbours. You are welcome to pick up an ashtray from our reception or in the restaurant.
Reception
Someone is at reception for you from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. If the reception is not manned, you will find us in the restaurant.
Cancellation
Something can come up… we understand that. However, we also ask for your understanding that – even if NO travel cancellation insurance has been taken out – we will charge you cancellation fees in accordance with our conditions:
*Up to 1 month before arrival free of charge
*1 month to 1 week before arrival 70%
*1 week up to the day of arrival 100%
In the event of an early departure, we will still invoice you for the services booked.
We also calculate with you as a guest and therefore cannot simply “forgive” you the additional expense/loss incurred if your stay is shortened. We ask for your understanding that we cannot make an exception here and therefore have to invoice you for the full amount of your booked stay.

Wellbeing place
Sauna, whirlpools, infrared cabin and 2 water beds are available for free use on the 3rd floor from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. in summer and from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. in winter.
You can reach it via the marble staircase on the 2nd floor opposite room 217.
